The Urban Unit is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated specialist to fill a project-related position as a GIS Research Assistant (70 of them). The Daily Express newspaper ran this ad for 2023 Punjab government urban vacancies. Application forms are available at www.urbanunit.gov.pk.
Pakistani cities have been cooperating with Punjab Government’s Planning and Development Commission (Planning and Development Commission) for 15 years. For the following project team positions, Urban Unit is seeking the services of highly competent and independent professionals.
Qualifications and experience:
Qualification in Geographic Information Systems “GIS” 16 years / Space Science / Geography / Geography or related field of HEC accredited body. New candidates can come in for an interview.
Preference will be given to those with experience and knowledge in related fields. The age limit is 35 years.
